Man wanted for theft in 2 states indicted by federal grand jury in Hawaii

A 50-year-old man wanted in at least two other states was indicted by a federal grand jury after he allegedly stole more than a $450,000 in COVID-19 relief funds and secured fraudulent loans obtained with elderly people’s identities.
