Mt. Fuji cycling route gets special designation

SHIZUOKA, Japan >> “Fujiichi,” a bicycling route that spans Shizuoka and Yamanashi prefectures and circles Mount Fuji, a World Cultural Heritage site, was designated in July as a National Cycle Route (referred to as NCR) by the government.
