Off the news: City clears Moanalua Stream tributary

It’s almost rainy reason, which means drought-stricken rivers, streams and tributaries will soon see an influx of water. The city is getting ahead of potential flooding by clearing waterways choked with foliage and debris, and current work is focused on Manaiki Stream in Moanalua Valley.
