Off the news: City offers storm recovery aid, guidance

North Shore folks who suffered property damage over the past two months from severe storms and flooding can get extra help in the recovery process this Saturday, as the city Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) hosts a “Rebuild O‘ahu” event from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Waialua District Park gymnasium.
