It’s not like the scary bad old days of COVID-19, of course, but still worrisome. Hawaii’s COVID cases are on the rise again, outpacing flu and respiratory syncytial virus in test positivity, emergency room visits and hospital admissions. As of Saturday, the statewide test positivity rate was 12.4%, up from 10.9% the previous week.
