Hawaii has joined 13 other states in suing U.S. President Donald Trump, the president’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and DOGE leader Elon Musk, alleging Musk’s “officer-level actions” to eliminate federal departments and remove workers are unconstitutional.
