Off the news: Kaiser Permanente workers go on strike

Here we go again. Hawaii is in the midst of another health care workers’ strike — this one when about 2,300 Kaiser Permanente employees here walked off the job Tuesday morning. It’s part of a five-day national strike involving more than 45,000 unionized health workers, rallying for better wages and staffing.
