Off the news: Old DPP system scheduled for replacement

Fair warning to those in need of a city building permit: At the close of business today, the Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) is taking its old Posse system off-line, and will be transitioning info over to its new HNL Build system, which debuts next Monday.
