Off the news: Park soil tested after storm debris storage

Most people don’t need a nudge to stay away from the part of Central Oahu Regional Park where debris from the Kona-low storms had been stowed. But the city does want to be transparent about any remaining toxicity from the flooding trash — 288 truckloads were piled there after the second storm hit on March 23.
