Expect to see naval ships from around the world in waters surrounding Hawaii as the U.S. Pacific Fleet starts hosting the biennial Rim of the Pacific exercise this week. It’s the world’s largest recurring naval warfare exercise and a display of might by the U.S. and its allies.
