Troubles are mounting for Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, already on unpaid leave as campaign donations are being investigated by the state attorney general’s office in a monthslong corruption probe. Then on Wednesday, the Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission voted unanimously to refer Luke and her campaign to the AG for potential criminal prosecution linked to 251 alleged violations of state campaign finance law.
