Off the news: UH Cancer Clinic opens research facility

After many years of determination and dedication, the University of Hawaii Cancer Center officially opened its new clinical research facility on Monday. The $19.5 million facility, Hawaii’s first to specialize in Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials, could quite literally be a life-saver to patients dealing with cancer.
