Two men were arrested Monday after they were caught breaking into a vehicle at the Makapuu Lighthouse.
Police say one of the men broke in to the rented vehicle and stole a bag.
Police say he ran to a getaway vehicle driven by the other suspect.
The two were observed by police officers and arrested.
The officers recovered the stolen items.
