NEW YORK/LONDON >> Oil prices rose by nearly $2 a barrel today as attacks on Saudi Arabia outweighed the prospect of increased supplies, even as President Donald Trump hailed fresh Russian diesel exports and a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire on energy targets.
