Oklahoma governor signs the nation’s strictest abortion ban

OKLAHOMA CITY >> Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt on Wednesday signed into law the nation’s strictest abortion ban, making the state the first in the nation to effectively end availability of the procedure.
