One missing after falling into rapidly flowing river on Maui

One person was missing Saturday after falling into the rapidly flowing Iao River on Maui, where back-to-back Kona low storm systems pummeled the island even as recovery efforts from last week’s flash flooding continued — threatening widespread damage, more inundated neighborhoods and impassable roads.
