Putin agrees to resume 3-way peace talks with Ukraine and U.S.

ST. PETERSBURG, Russia >> Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to resume U.S.-mediated peace talks with Ukraine as soon as next month, the Kremlin said today, after Putin met U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff in Washington’s latest push to end Europe’s bloodiest conflict since World War II.
