Road worker seriously hurt in H-1 hit-and-run crash in Pearl City

A 25-year-old road worker was seriously injured Wednesday night after being struck by a hit-and-run driver while working inside a coned-off construction zone on the H-1 freeway in Pearl City, according to Honolulu police.
