Russia says it found no ‘emergency’ in plague lab

BERLIN >> Russian authorities gave additional information today about the mysterious death of a researcher at a Siberian institute that studies the plague, saying that she had been vaccinated against the disease and that no “emergency situations” had been identified at the lab.
