Schofield Barracks welcomes new ‘Tropic Lightning’ leader

After just a year leading soldiers at the 25th Infantry “Tropic Lightning” Division at Schofield Barracks, Maj. Gen. Jay Bartholomees is headed to New York to be superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
