Second Hawaii island man sentenced in housing credits scam

A 65-year-old Hawaii island businessman who prosecutors said played a central role in a scheme to earn millions of dollars illegally using Hawaii County affordable housing credits has been sentenced to 7-1/2 years in federal prison.
