Security guard charged in Wahiawa shooting

A security guard accused of shooting at four people including a 7-month-old girl has been charged with terroristic threatening and reckless endangerment.

Police say Raford Percival got into an argument Thursday with two people at a shopping center in Wahiawa, where he works.

Then he allegedly went to the home of one of the victims and fired several shots.

No one was hurt.

Percival remains in police custody unable to post $100,000 bail.

He is expected to make his first court appearance Monday.
