State deploys $18 million for clean energy access

The Hawai‘i Green Infrastructure Authority is making $18 million in new loan capital available to help nonprofits, small businesses and low- and moderate- income households pay for clean energy upgrades as the state works to expand access to solar and reduce electricity costs.
