State Sen. Kurt Fevella loses appeal of court’s ruling in election tie

The Hawaii Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal by state Sen. Kurt Fevella over his failed reelection effort to continue to represent Ewa Beach-Ocean Pointe-­Iroquois Point, writing in part that Fevella failed to meet his deadline to appeal.
