Supreme Court lets fines stand against reporter who refused to reveal source

WASHINGTON >> The Supreme Court on Thursday cleared the way for a former Fox News reporter to be required to reveal a confidential source or pay $800 a day in court fines, in a case with broader implications for the work of journalists.
