Supreme Court refuses to hear case over raid of THC Ministry in Hilo

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear arguments on a lawsuit addressing surveillance and privacy issues surrounding the 2010 federal raid of The Hawaii Cannabis Ministry, also known as the THC Ministry.
