Supreme Court to hear challenge to warrants for phone location data

WASHINGTON >> The U.S. Supreme Court announced Friday that it would hear a challenge to the constitutionality of a popular law enforcement tool that gives officers broad access to location data drawn from electronic devices near crime scenes.
