If you can’t take a trip to China, the next best thing may be on display at the Blaisdell.
The exhibition hall is packed for the 9th annual "Splendor of China."
It’s a celebration of trade and culture. It’s sponsored by the chinese chamber of commerce.
The "splendor" is highlighted by cooking demonstrations, martial arts, lion dances and singers and musicians from China.
The event runs on Saturday from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. and on Sunday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.
General admission is $3. Children 8 and under are free.
