CHICAGO >> United Airlines escalated its long-running battle with American Airlines at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport on Wednesday, with CEO Scott Kirby pledging to add “as many flights as are required” to stop American from gaining additional gates at United’s expense in 2026.
