Two of the main breaks are affecting dozens in Kalihi at this hour.
A break on North School Street is affecting 30 homes.
Traffic is being contraflowed between Kamehameha IV Road and Hauiki street.
There’s also a break on Kalihi Street that was affecting 80 homes.. but now just the homes on Perry Street west of Kalihi Street are without water.
Only one mauka bound lane of traffic on Kalihi Street is open.
Water wagons have been set up for residents in both areas.
