A woman who allegedly threatened police after an officer shot her son is no longer in custody.
The incident happened on Friday in Kalihi.
The woman’s son, Ralph Rivera, remains in the hospital.
Police say Rivera went after an officer with a foot long metal stake.
The officer shot him several times.
That’s when his mom, Nadeen Lane, allegedly picked up the object, and started threatening the officer.
She was arrested for terroristic threatening and was released pending investigation.
