Vegas Advisor: Las Vegas restaurants lauded by Michelin

After a 17-year absence, the Michelin Guide has published a Southwest Edition covering Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. Four Las Vegas restaurants were awarded the prestigious Michelin star, one star for L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (MGM Grand), Restaurant Guy Savoy (Caesars Palace) and e by Jose Andres (Cosmopolitan); and two stars for Joel Robuchon (MGM Grand). The “Bib Gourmand” assignment for “good value, good quality cooking” went to China Poblano (Cosmopolitan), Esther’s Kitchen and Yen Viet Kitchen. A separate category of “Michelin Selected” included Anima by Edo, Bouchon (Venetian), Cote (Venetian), Estiatorio Milos (Venetian), Gymkhana (Aria), Kabuto, Kame Omakase, Lamaii, Michael Mina (Bellagio), Mott 32 (Venetian), Partage, Pho Ga Bac Bac, Ping Pang Pong (Gold Coast), Soulbelly BBQ, Sparrow + Wolf, Stubborn Seed (Resorts World) and Wing Lei (Wynn).
