Vegas Advisor: New projects planned for Chinatown district

With a previously announced comprehensive improvement project already underway, two major projects have been added to the mix in Las Vegas’ Chinatown district. The first is a $70 million three-story retail development, Pacifica Vegas, that will include restaurants, entertainment and retail and is scheduled to be completed in 2027. Across the street, the Chubby Group hospitality company is partnering with Hashi Market to create Chubby World, a four-story complex that features a theater for cosplay shows, anime and cultural events; a Tokyo-style food court; a Hashi Market; and a music venue for concerts and a late-night club. A timetable for the project wasn’t disclosed.
