Vegas Advisor: Resort tied to ballpark set for 2029 completion

After releasing details of the grand plan for a resort surrounding the baseball stadium being built for the Las Vegas Athletics on the south end of the Strip, Bally’s Corp. has now added a construction timeline. Following the securing of needed building permits, Bally’s indicates that work will begin in April 2026, with a projected completion date of March 2029. The project will be built in four phases on a 23-acre footprint, nine acres of which will contain the stadium. Only Phase 1, which includes parking and retail, but not the hotel towers, is scheduled to be completed in time for the early 2028 opening planned for the stadium.
