Volunteer firefighter’s lawsuit against Hawaii County proceeds

Just over five years after Elizabeth Stabo was severely burned while helping to combat a brushfire in Kau, a lawsuit she filed against the Hawaii Fire Department and its leadership at the time is moving forward.
