Waiawa escapee serving burglary sentence back in custody

Waiawa Correctional Facility escapee Manuel Kuailani was arrested by Honolulu police and is in custody at the Halawa Correctional Facility, according to a news release issued Wednesday by the state Department of Public Safety.
