Waipahu catering business shut down over food safety violations

The Hawaii Department of Health shut down Adriana’s Kitchen Catering & Services LLC in Waipahu on Wednesday after an inspection found multiple critical food safety violations, including improper refrigeration and eggs left at room temperature.
