Woman killed, 6 hurt after vehicle rear-ends pickup truck on H-1

A 27-year-old woman was killed after being ejected from the bed of a pickup truck that was rear-ended by another vehicle in a crash that also injured six people this afternoon on H-1 Freeway near the Kaamilo overpass in Aiea, authorities said.
