Wounded man arrested in Nanakuli Zablan Beach shootout

A 19-year-old man injured in a shootout at Zablan Beach after a party early Saturday morning was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder and firearm offenses, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
