The owners of a Big Island zipline attraction that was the scene of a fatal accident last month has suspended all future operations.
KapohoKine Adventures says it will not book any more tours with Lava Hotline until a full evaluation of the soil in the Honolii area is completed and the integrity of the seven remaining zip lines is checked.
36-year-old Teddy Callaway of Maui was killed September 21 when the wooden tower of a zipline he was on collapsed. .
